ECO's famous steak & potato salad, served warm, tossed with
a honey mustard dressing & a side of pan bread

Hot House Salad
Fresh fire roasted sweet corn kernels, vine-ripened teardrop tomatoes,
and sweet peppers infused in zesty house blended vinaigrette with bacon
over a bed of organic mixed greens, accompanied with fresh pita chips

Salad Tandoor
An oven roasted tandoor style chicken leg and thigh, over crisp baby
romaine with shaved red onion, tear drop tomatoes and sliced English
cucumbers, drizzled with a house blended French vinaigrette, infused
with tomato
